Dziś Komisja Europejska ma zaopiniować projekt budżetu Belgii na rok 2015. Od jej opinii zależeć będzie wysokość cięć budżetowych opartych na wytycznych paktu fiskalnego (TSCG). Cztery organizacje, w tym Liga Praw Człowieka przedstawiły argumenty wskazujące na niezgodność TSCG z belgijską konstytucją. Argumenty te znalazły się w zbiorowym wniosku do Trybunału Konstytucyjnego o stwierdzenie nieważności planów oszczędnościowych.
