The UN Human Rights Committee has just published a list of issues Spain will have to explain for a review by the same body in July 2015. The list includes all the concerns expressed by Rights International Spain in its submission to UNHRC: restrictions to freedom of expression and assembly, court fees, legal aid, summary returns from Ceuta and Melilla, migrant detention centers, abortion, lack of adequate mechanism to prevent torture, transitional justice and ethnic profiling by police officers, among others.
