After last year's success, the Sicilian city of Noto is once again open to LGBTI culture. The Giacinto Festival will be held August 6-7, accompanied by a rich program of different events, such as exhibitions, documentaries, shows and meetings with special guests. The main topic of this year's festival is transsexuality because the transsexual and transgender community is far from achieving true social and cultural recognition.
