On the anniversary of the death of Piergiorgio Welby, the Associazione Luca Coscioni held a conference at the Chamber of Deputies titled "Welby 10 years later. A fight that brings new liberties." During the conference, “Love is all – Piergiorgio Welby, Autoritratto,” a movie about Welby made by Livia Giunti and Francesco Andreotti, was shown. The conference was an important moment to reflect on the issue of euthanasia and on the possible ways to regulate it, especially after the Court of Cagliari allowed Walter Piludu to die with dignity.
