The young man and the photoshopped image that got him into trouble.

A few days after the European Court of Human Rights trial of the "Jesus in jeans" case, a criminal court in Jaén, Spain, fined a young man 480 euros for a crime against religious feelings. He posted on Instagram a photomontage of the Disrobing of Christ of the Cofradía de la Amargura (a religious brotherhood), in which he replaced the face of the religious image with his own, including a nose piercing. The prosecutor said the man made "an embarrassing and inappropriate manipulation of the face of a religious image" that constitutes "manifest contempt and mockery towards the brotherhood".
