Romania's prime minister is accusing Western European leaders of double standards when they criticize her country over corruption and crackdowns against protesters. Viorica Dăncilă, whose government holds the EU's rotating presidency, noted that corruption is also a problem in Western Europe and pointed out the lack of outcry over the "yellow vests" clashes in France. "I saw what happened with the Yellow Jackets in France. No one had any reaction. It’s a double standard. I didn’t see anyone come to the European Parliament and say ‘We want a resolution on France,’” Dăncilă said.
