One of the two chambers of the Italian Parliament has voted in favor of police being able to use electroshock pistols, commonly known as Tasers, in soccer stadiums. Amnesty International has warned that since 2001, 864 people have died from Tasers in the United States, and more than 90% of them were unarmed.
