The presentation of the "7th White Book on the Law on Drugs" (VII Libro Bianco sulla Legge sulle Droghe), promoted by Società della Ragione and supported by Forum Droghe, Antigone, Cnca and other organizations, took place on November 10. The White Book focuses on the effects of the abrogation of the Fini-Giovanardi, Italy's strict law against drugs, and presents facts and figures on the use of drugs by the Italian student population, dispelling some myths about drug use. The last section includes important legislative proposals.
