The 6,102 teachers of religion of the Milan diocese have each received a private letter in which they were asked to identify which colleagues of theirs discuss homosexuality in their teaching, or any projects they are aware of that deal with gender themes. The Curia insisted that they only wished to have a better understanding of what happens in the field of teaching religion, but the letter seems to suggest that students should be defended against exposure to the false idea that there is no difference between heterosexual and homosexual relationships.
