The LuxLeaks whistleblowers were convicted again by Luxembourg's court of appeal on Wednesday, March 15, but with reduced sentences. Former PricewaterhouseCoopers employee Antoine Deltour, who leaked documents showing the company's help to multinational companies to evade tax in Luxembourg, was given a 6-month suspended sentence, down from 12 months, and fined €1,500. Raphael Halet, an employee of the same company, helped Deltour and has been fined €1,000, with his original nine-month suspended sentence removed.
