During a football match between two Polish teams, a fight broke out between fans that led to the referee stopping the game. Some of the intervening police officer were wearing media vests. "The police impersonation of journalists may substantially thwart the media's attempts to collect and disseminate information about public events, and also provoke aggression towards members of the media," the HFHR says in its letter on the incident addressed to the chief commissioner of the police.
