"Any activity helps you. Even if it is once per week. You wait for it," says one detainee of the Regina Coeli prison, speaking about a yoga class that a volunteer runs once per week. In the third episode of "Prisons of Italy," we will see some of the activities that are performed in Italian prisons. A band in Milano Bollate, a rugby team in Turin, a yoga class and poetry in Regina Coeli: "It also helps to fight the boredom of jail, to take away the stress." The filming was done by Andrea Oleandri from Antigone and Andrea Gualtieri from Repubblica, with editing by Paolo Saracino.
