After warnings from the social media company went ignored, Facebook removed the page of UK’s far-right group Britain First. Facebook argues that contents on the page were “designed to incite animosity and hatred against minority groups.” Besides this action, Facebook also removed the official (but not personal) pages of Britain First's two leaders. However, a ring of associated Facebook pages (found by an investigation carried out by Wired UK) that regularly reshare the contents of the banned page are still online.
