A new report reveals that Europe is becoming the global hub for hosting child sexual abuse images and videos. The annual report by the Internet Watch Foundation's (IWF) found that 60 percent of worldwide abuse material was now in Europe, with the Netherlands topping the list among European countries. The findings represent a dramatic and sudden shift: In 2015, roughly 57 percent of the web pages containing abuse content could be found in North America; by the end of 2016, this had fallen to 37 percent, with the majority now in Europe.
