On the International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearances, August 30, Rights International Spain wrote an open letter to the next prime minister. The letter recalls that the Spanish state still does not provide justice, truth and reparation, in compliance with international law and the recommendations of the United Nations, to the estimated 114,000 people who disappeared during the Civil War and the subsequent Franco dictatorship.
