In the beginning of January, a court in Nice decided to release Pierre-Alain Mannoni, a university professor accused of aiding the entrance and the movement within French territory of three Eritrean women without residence permits. The judges decided to order his release because he acted to ensure the respect of their dignity and physical integrity, as he prevented them from walking on the highway. We hope that the judgment for Cédric Herrou will be as positive as this, stopping once and for all the spread of crimes of solidarity.
