A Czech court has issued a landmark judgment in the case of a boy with autism who was refused by his local school and another 14 schools in the area. The court ruled that the municipality was guilty of discrimination based on the boy's disability and that the local school must help provide the conditions necessary for him to be educated. According to the League of Human Rights, which represented the boy, this is the first judgment of its kind in the Czech Republic.
