On 22 February, the Italian Council of Ministers could have adopted a decree to reform the penitentiary system, which had already gone through the Parliamentary committees. Instead, the Council of Ministers decided to look into three other decrees, all of which must still go through the committees, without approving penitentiary reform. When will they approve the decree that reforms the penitentiary system? We still have time; it's only a question of whether politicians have the will to do it.
