Baltic Pride took place in Lithuania last week, with famous brands coming out in support of the Lithuanian LGBT community, including: Ecodenta, IKEA, the MO museum, Ozas, Red Bull, Swedbank, Švyturys GO Nealkoholinis, Telia Lithuania and Vilnius University. Ads appeared in the popular magazine Žmonės. According to creative director M. Velykis, the rainbow colours “symbolize that we all live for the same things – love, support and freedom of expression. At the end of all brand ads, we put a blank sheet of paper, to speak to those who lacked the courage to support the idea this time.”
