According to the Italian judiciary, the German aid organisation Sea-Watch has not infringed any laws in the rescue of 47 migrants in the Mediterranean. The investigation revealed no evidence of "criminal responsibility”, said the public prosecutor in Catania on Saturday. Previously, Italy's Interior Minister Matteo Salvini said that he had evidence of unlawful actions by the crew of Sea-Watch 3. The rescue vessel was at sea for nearly two weeks before it was finally allowed to dock in Italy on Thursday. The crew is currently waiting for their ship to be released.
