La European Implementation Network (EIN) è un nuovo progetto che vuole rispondere al crescente problema della non implementazione delle sentenze della Corte Europea dei Diritti Umani da parte degli stati membri o la bassa efficacia in tale campo. A fine 2015, 10,650 sentenze non erano state eseguite, di cui 346 riguardavano la Polonia. L'ONG è stata fondata da Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, Judgment Watch e Open Society Justice Institute, insieme ad accademici e attivisti per i diritti umani. Registrata a Strasburgo a inizio 2017, al momento è composta da 16 membri da tutta Europa.
