Questa settimana è iniziato un nuovo processo in Lituania per incitamento all'odio sulla base dell'orientamento sessuale, in cui l'imputato è accusato di aver lanciato uova durante un concerto a scuola ad musicista identificatosi con la comunità LGBT. La vittima è stata ricoverata in ospedale dopo l'incidente. La giurisprudenza sul incitamento all'odio è ancora in evoluzione in Lituania, e fino a poco tempo fa questi casi finivano con una assoluzione. L'imputato è arrivato in tribunale sfoggiando un giubbotto con un emblema della Germania nazista - un'aquila che porta una svastica.
