Ieri la Corte di Appello di Szeged ha infine sciolto l'associazione estremista Guardia Civile per un Futuro Migliore, conosciuta, tra l'altro, per le sue ronde a Gyöngyöspata. Lo scioglimento dell'associazione era stato avviato nel 2011 dall'Ufficio per la Difesa Legale delle Minoranze Nazionali ed Etniche. HCLU accoglie con favore la decisione che ha riconfermato la sentenza di primo grado del Tribunale di Gyula e ha sostenuto che le attività dell'associazione, violando ripetutamente diritti, non rientrano nell'ambito del diritto alla libera associazione e all'assemblea pacifica.
