"Abbiamo preso l'idea da altri paesi che hanno una lunga tradizione di sostegno da parte di volontari," ha commentato il presidente del tribunale regionale, il primo a fornire il servizio. "Nei tribunali si decide il destino delle persone e può essere davvero difficile. Non si tratta soltanto di garantire trattamento gentile e acqua da bere nelle aule di giustizia, ma anche di un sostegno effettivo."
