Lo scorso martedì il Tribunale dell'Aja ha deciso che il sospetto terrorista olandese pakistano Sabir K. non può essere estradato negli USA. Gli Stati Uniti sospettano che sia implicato in attività terroristiche contro le truppe americane in Afghanistan. Per il giudice non c'era abbastanza chiarezza sul coinvolgimento o meno degli Stati Uniti nella tortura di Sabir in Pakistan. Sabir è stato arrestato dalle autorità pakistane nel 2010, in seguito è stato torturato durante la detenzione dai servizi segreti pakistani (ISI) e successivamente è stato trasferito in Olanda.
