Tre poliziotti lituani sono stati licenziati dopo aver torturato un arrestato perché creava disturbo. L'uomo, ubriaco e confuso, è stato ammanettato dietro la schiena ed è rimasto con mani e piedi legati per quasi un'ora. Questi fatti sono stati ripresi dalle telecamere della stazione di polizia. Anche se gli agenti sono stati licenziati, per motivi non resi noti, sia la polizia che la Procura hanno deciso di non avviare un'indagine su quanto avvenuto. La vittima non ha ancora presentato richiesta di risarcimento.
