Un tribunale provinciale polacco ha respinto il reclamo della Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights contro la decisione del capo dell'Ufficio Nazionale Anti-Corruzione di negare alla fondazione l'accesso alle informazioni sull'utilizzo da parte dell'Ufficio del programma di controllo remoto RCS. Tale programma è in grado di monitorare computer e telefoni e di acquisirne i dati memorizzati. Il sistema può inoltre monitorare la corrispondenza on-line, anche se un utente non è connesso. La sentenza non è definitiva tuttavia e HFHR intende presentare ricorso al Tribunale Supremo Amministrativo.
