La Corte Suprema Spagnola ha emesso l'ennesima sentenza contro un utente Twitter per il reato di "umiliazione delle vittime del terrorismo". L'utente Twitter in questione, Cassandra Vera, aveva pubblicato una serie di battute sull'assassinio di Carrero Blanco, presidente durante gli ultimi anni della dittatura di Franco, ucciso da quattro membri dell'ETA. Questa sentenza arriva pochi giorni dopo una decisione presa da un'altra sezione del medesimo tribunale, in cui un utente Twitter veniva assolto per battute analoghe sulla stessa vicenda.
