La Corte Suprema Spagnola ha condannato un altro utente Twitter a un anno di carcere per glorificazione del terrorismo e offesa alle vittime per via di una serie di tweet pubblicati tra il 2012 e il 2013. Per la corte i messaggi esprimono odio verso le forze di sicurezza e trasmettono un senso di "brama" e di "tristezza" per il fatto che né l'ETA né il GRASPO continuino a commettere atti di terrorismo. Un giudice dissenziente ha dichiarato che, contestualizzando i messaggi e nonostante questi siano di pessimo gusto, non c'è una reale istigazione alla violenza, né disprezzo per le vittime.
