Un sito web che rende più facile per le donne accedere a ruoli manageriali è stato aperto dal Ministro dell'Istruzione, Cultura e Scienza, Jet Bussemaker. Sul sito si possono vedere quali ruoli saranno vacanti negli anni a venire nei consigli di amministrazione e nei direttivi delle 200 più grandi aziende in Olanda. Le informazioni sono tratte da fonti pubbliche, quali rapporti annuali. La Bussemaker vuole dare alle aziende un'opportunità per garantire che le donne occupino almeno il 30% delle posizioni di leadership. Se l'obiettivo non viene raggiunto, introdurrà le quote rosa.
