Il numero di contatti cresce di anno in anno," ha dichiarato il direttore del Centro, Zora Dušková. Il numero di chiamate da parte di insegnanti, vicini di casa, genitori o nonni di bambini vulnerabili è cresciuto grazie alla maggiore sensibilizzazione. Anche i casi trattati dalla chat online sono aumentati; questa opzione è usata dal 77% delle ragazze abusate sessualmente, per esempio.
