Ad aprile Roma aprirà il suo primo quartiere a luci rosse, una zona della città in cui la prostituzione sarà tollerata. Saranno impiegati operatori sanitari e sociali per proteggere le prostitute dallo sfruttamento e dalla tratta. Per i clienti che saranno trovati in compagnia di prostitute fuori dalla zona saranno previste multe di 500 euro.
