Una taskforce di politici lavorerà con la polizia e i giudici per stabilire quali tipi di comportamento costituiscano molestia sessuale. Già il presidente francese Emmanuel Macron aveva dichiarato che il suo governo avrebbe fatto dei passi per meglio definire gli atti di violenza sessuale punibili dalla legge.
