Il 15 marzo la corte di appello di Lussemburgo ha confermato le condanne ai whistleblower di LuxLeaks, ma con pene ridotte. L'ex-funzionario di PricewaterhouseCoopers, Antoine Deltour, che aveva fatto trapelare documenti che dimostravano che la compagnia aveva aiutato varie multinazionali ad evadere le tasse in Lussemburgo, ha avuto una pena sospesa di 6 mesi (in primo grado aveva avuto 12 mesi) e una multa di 1,500 euro. Raphael Halet, della stessa compagnia, ha ricevuto una multa di 1,000 euro per aver aiutato Deltour, ma gli è stata annullata la precedente pena sospesa di 9 mesi.
