Il Comitato ONU per i Diritti Umani ha pubblicato l'elenco di questioni a cui la Spagna dovrà rispondere a seguito dell'ispezione prevista a luglio 2015. L'elenco include tutte le preoccupazioni espresse da Rights International Spain nella sua presentazione al Comitato: limitazioni alla libertà di espressione e assemblea, spese giudiziarie, sostegno legale, rimpatri sommari da Ceuta e Melilla, centri di detenzione per migranti, aborto, mancanza di un adeguato meccanismo di prevenzione della tortura, giustizia transnazionale e profiling etnico da parte degli agenti di polizia, tra le altre.
