La Sezione Olandese del Comitato Internazionale di Giuristi (NJCM) ha presentato un rapporto congiunto parallelo sul livello di adesione da parte dell'Olanda al Patto Internazionale sui Diritti Economici, Sociali e Culturali all'ONU di Ginevra. Insieme ad altre 20 organizzazioni della società civile, ha riferito al comitato ONU che monitora il trattato (CESCR) in merito all'implementazione dei diritti economici, sociali e culturali in Olanda nel periodo che va da novembre 2010 a settembre 2016. I rappresentanti dell'NJCM presenteranno oralmente il rapporto al comitato il 10 ottobre.
