Si tratta di una misura speciale applicata una volta sola finora. Il caso in questione riguarda due fratelli che si trovano in Olanda e non si sono recati in Siria come jihadisti. Uno dei due fratelli, che può ancora presentare appello alla decisione, ha più nazionalità. Se una persona ha solo una nazionalità, non può perderla. Nessuno può diventare apolide.
