Erkki Koort, parlando martedì agli europarlamentari, ha dichiarato che il "favoreggiamento dell'immigrazione illegale" riguarda gli stati più della lotta al terrorismo o alla pornografia online. Seconda sulla lista c'è la tratta di esseri umani, seguita da droghe sintetiche, cannabis e cocaina. Il traffico di armi e lo sfruttamento sessuale minorile sono finiti al fondo delle priorità, così come l'evasione fiscale.
