Un tribunale spagnolo ha condannato 12 rapper del collettivo 'La Insurgencia' a due anni di carcere per il reato di glorificazione del terrorismo. Il tribunale ha esaminato i testi delle loro canzoni su YouTube e ha concluso che in essi si celebrasse il GRAPO (organizzazione terroristica ormai sciolta) e i suoi membri. Tuttavia, uno dei magistrati ha espresso parere discordante, sostenendo il suo forte disaccordo con l'opinione di maggioranza perché ritiene che gli imputati cercassero la notorietà, non la glorificazione del terrorismo. La decisione è stata appellata alla Corte Suprema.
