Il 30 luglio 2014, alle ore 9, la Corte Costituzionale ascolterà le argomentazioni in un caso che riguarda la revisione costituzionale di alcuni poteri dei servizi segreti e delle forze di polizia, inclusa la possibilità di utilizzare metodi investigativi. Il caso è stato sollevato su iniziativa del Difensore dei Diritti Umani e del Procuratore Generale. Il 3 aprile il Tribunale aveva rinviato le precedenti udienze del procedimento.
