L'Ungheria si rifiuta di riaccogliere i migranti che l'Austria respinge in base alle regole di Dublino, secondo le quali il primo paese da cui il migrante entra in Europa è responsabile della gestione della sua richiesta asilo. Per l'Ungheria i migranti in questione sono arrivati da altri stati, in particolare la Grecia, e l'Ungheria non è responsabile. "Non sono arrivati qui per magia, hanno attraversato prima vari paesi sicuri" ha dichiarato il Ministro della Difesa Istvan Simicsko. L'Austria ha accolto 90,000 richiedenti asilo lo scorso anno e migliaia erano migranti passati dall'Ungheria.
