La scorsa settimana il Consiglio dei diritti umani ha concluso la sua 26a sessione, durante la quale ha adottato 34 documenti. Uno di questi era la risoluzione A/HRC/26/L.22/Rev.1, con la quale il Consiglio ha deciso di istituire un gruppo di lavoro intergovernativo con il mandato di elaborare uno strumento giuridicamente vincolante per regolare, nel diritto internazionale dei diritti umani, le attività delle società transnazionali e delle altre imprese economiche.
