L'agenzia olandese per le norme sulla guida (CBR) non può più imporre l'etilometro elettronico ai conducenti che hanno bevuto troppo. E' quanto ha stabilito il Consiglio di Stato olandese il 4 marzo. Secondo il Consiglio, a causa di una legislazione che è troppo vaga, la CBR non ha i mezzi sufficienti per fare una valutazione delle conseguenze individuali per i conducenti. In pratica, quindi, il programma determina "disuguaglianza e arbitrio, perché sedere ubriachi al volante può avere conseguenze molto più gravi per una persona rispetto ad un'altra," conclude il Consiglio di Stato.
