Per interrompere qualunque contributo da parte di aziende responsabili della morte di persone innocenti, l'Italia ha approvato un'aspra legge sulle bombe a grappolo e sulle mine anti-uomo, che contiene un principio chiaro e univoco: nessuna persona o organizzazione può finanziare, direttamente o indirettamente, aziende che producono o vendono bombe a grappolo e mine anti-uomo. La nuova e severa legge, che pone l'Italia all'avanguardia in Europa su questo tema, si applica a tutte le istituzioni finanziarie: banche, fondazioni, fondi pensionistici, ecc.
