Entro due anni, tutti gli orfanotrofi attivi in Bulgaria saranno chiusi. Al momento, ci sono circa 650 bambini che vivono in queste istituzioni. La promessa arriva dal ministro per gli affari sociali, Zornitca Rusinova, la quale ha sottolineato come lo scorso anno siano già stati chiusi tutti gli istituti per bambini disabili, che sono stati trasferiti in case protette.
