La fondazione investe anche in corsi di lingua, istruzione, orientamento lavorativo e integrazione a favore delle famiglie e finanzia ricerche sull'efficacia dei programmi. Possono partecipare al progetto soltanto le famiglie siriane, perché De Verre Bergen cercava "un gruppo di persone omogenee per lingua e cultura."
