Ad ottobre tre detenuti sono evasi dal carcere romano di Rebibbia. I tre uomini hanno usato il mezzo più vecchio e donchisciottesco per compiere la loro missione: hanno segato le sbarre delle celle e si sono calati giù usando le lenzuola. Da quel momento, il regime penitenziario si è irrigidito e molte attività sono state interrotte per ragioni di sicurezza. Ora l'indagine si focalizza sulle presunte responsabilità della polizia penitenziaria e della direzione (compreso il direttore stesso). Ma non dovremmo concentrarci anche sulla necessità di un regime detentivo più umano e riabilitativo?
