Il Ministro della Giustizia Bulgaro ha proposto un pacchetto di misure in risposta alla sentenza pilota della Corte Europea dei Diritti Umani sul caso Neshkov et al. v. Bulgaria. Oltre a poter denunciare lo stato per tortura e trattamento crudele, i detenuti potranno anche chiedere al tribunale di sospendere gli atti o le omissioni che violano il divieto di tortura e di trattamento inumano.
