Così facendo, il segretario di stato Klaas Dijkhoff risponde al volere del Parlamento. Al momento, i richiedenti asilo adulti non ricevono lezioni di olandese da insegnanti riconosciuti. Dijkhoff crede che si possono creare delle aspettative sbagliate se il governo offre una formazione che può favorire l'integrazione. "Ritengo importantissimo che il governo sia inequivocabile nel suo messaggio senza inviare segnali contradditori."
