L'Italia si trova dietro a gran parte dei paesi europei in tema di diritti LGBTI, perché coppie e famiglie omosessuali di fatto non sono riconosciute e tutelate dalla legge. Per questo, il fatto che un giudice del Tribunale dei Minori di Roma abbia approvato l'adozione di una bambina da parte della compagna di lunga data della madre merita ampia attenzione. C'è un giudice a Roma, si potrebbe dire. Ma è ancora soltanto un piccolo passo: quanto ancora dovremo aspettare per la parità delle coppie e dei genitori omosessuali, perché non siano più un'eccezione e siano invece considerati ordinari?
